DELIVERY PERIOD

  1. Orders are approximately delivered within 5 to 10 business days. However, in special circumstances, delivery may take longer. Please note that there might be delays in logistics updates during exceptional situations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you.
  2. All transactions & deliveries are only carried out according to working days (usually Monday to Friday). There is no delivery on public holidays.
    If you place an order on holiday, the order will be processed the next workday.

Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

Please note that once an order is confirmed, we are unable to guarantee modifications or cancellations.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

If a cancellation request is made more than 12 hours after the order is placed, or after the order has entered processing, the refund may be subject to a deduction for non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider or platform.

The payment processing fee may vary depending on the payment method. Current standard deduction rates are as follows:
- Credit card payments: 3.9%
- PayPal payments: 3.5%
- Klarna payments: 3.8%

The final deducted amount will be based on the actual non-refundable fee charged by the payment provider or platform.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. If you still wish to return the order after delivery, you may follow our return process. Please note that shipping fees, taxes, duties, payment processing fees, and any related handling costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

  1. The duration of international shipping varies based on the location, usually taking between 5-10 business days. However, circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, service disruption, customs duties, local customs procedures, and inspections, may cause delivery delays or interruptions. SKINTIFIC cannot be held responsible or liable for such instances.
  2. For international customers, it is important to note that all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the government are their responsibility. If customers provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot pack or ship their package. Unfortunately, packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address cannot be re-shipped. Customers are, therefore, accountable for providing accurate shipping information when creating an order.
  3. Please note that the size of an order may sometimes cause delivery delays due to events or conditions within the shipping company.
